Your My Apps account includes access to UKG Pro, which includes Troon's Human Resources, Benefits Administration, Workforce Management, and Payroll services, as well as Troon’s Customer Service desk portal.
Once you receive this email please log in and set up your credentials for the first time to ensure continuing access. The process is simple:
- Open a web browser and navigate to the following URL: https://apps.troon.com/
- Follow the step by step process to sign in with the user name and temporary password provided above
- Update your password to your new secure password (be sure to save it in a secure location)
- Once you are logged into My Apps page you can access UKG and other Troon resources using the same password.

If you are using the UKG App, after you have completed the steps above to set up your account you should update your app to use the SSO option:
- Launch the UKG App on your device
- Select “Sign in with Password”
- Select “Sign in with SSO”
- Follow the steps and use your troon.io user name and new credentials to log into UKG app via SSO
If you facility is using QTS to clock in please see your supervisor for instructions when clocking in the first time once your troon.io account is enabled.
